Zagora

Performed by Terens Sotiri

I wrote Zagora on a day of mental turbulences, looking for the calm. The main section represents my wanders and troubles, but it may well also be the walk of a camel in the eve of a long travel through the desert. The middle section proves my affection for thrash metal, and talks about an inner chaos with no easy solution.

It’s always nice having friends one can trust in. Gentle Giovanni Albini proposed young Terens Sotiri as a first performer for this piece and he certainly nailed the recommendation. I’m grateful to both of them for the outcome. Enjoy!
