Fifths tuning
A tuning inherited from tenor banjo (or classical viola). Low to high C G D A. Can be achieved in tenor and baritone ukuleles with the appropriate strings (article about that coming soon). I become atracted to it after listening to Gilbert Isbin’s A Melancholic Suite played by Rob MacKillop and wrote my first pieces using it after a request by Donald Bousted.
