Red Angel Tuning
A wonderful G minor open tuning that I think was first employed by Samantha Muir in his work Red Angel—thus the name. Can be achieved with a standard low G string set, though the resulting tensions are not ideal. It won’t damage your instrument, but you may like to fine select your strings if you intend to keep an instrument in this tuning. Low to high: G B♭ D B♭.
